The Final SensorFINT International Conference, organized by the COST Action 19145 “European Network for assuring food integrity using non-destructive spectral sensors,” will convene from May 29th to May 31st, 2024, at the Rectorate of the University of Córdoba.

The conference will focus on “Non-Destructive Spectral Sensors & Food Integrity: Advances, Challenges, and Future Trends,” marking the culmination of collaborative efforts initiated since September 2020.

Throughout its duration, SensorFINT has facilitated numerous workshops, conferences, meetings, STSM, and training schools, fostering discourse on non-destructive spectral sensors’ potential in enhancing quality control and authentication systems within the agri-food industry.

The event underscores SensorFINT’s commitment to advancing scientific knowledge and cultivating emerging researchers in a collaborative environment.
